1929 - Built as a whale Hunter at Smith's Dock Co., Ld, Middlesbrough United Kingdom for the whaling company Kosmos A / S v / Anders Jahre, Sandefjord Norway - " KOS V ".
1939/40 - The cosmos expedition in the Southern Ocean.
1940 - Requested by the Norwegian Navy in July as a rescue vessel with a Norwegian crew. D / S " KOS V " - new name - KNM " RISØR " (FY-203).
January 1, 1941 - Command lifted.
1941-45 - In patrol service in the North Sea.
6/1945 - Returned to the owners and got back the name "KOS V". Reset as a whale Hunter at Høivolds mek. Verksted A / S, Kristiansand Norway.
1957 - Sold to Rederi A / B Kalmar Nyckel, Kalmar, Sweden for conversion to cargo ship. Rebuilding was not completed, and she was put in storage.
1963 - Sold for demolition.
