"Innsettelsen av «Antrum Grey/Yellow» fokuserer utbyggingen av militære motstandsgrupper på Sunnmøre.
I det telegrammet som K. Aarsæther mottok 20. september 1944 om at han ville bli avløst av sin bror K. J. Aarsæther natten mellom 22. og 23. september, ble det nevnt at K. J. Aarsæther ville komme sammen med en
assistent.' Dette innvarsler noe nytt, da de to siste «Antrums-ekspedisjonene hadde bestått av bare én mann. I operasjonsinstruksens pkt. 3 «Method» blir det gjort nærmere rede for dette:
Foruten sjt. K. Engelsen, blir «Antrum»-organisasjonen altså stilt ytterligere to instruktører i utsikt, nemlig sersjantene I. Næss og H. Hoel. De to sistnevnte ankom avsnittet 25. oktober 1944 sammen med en støre
våpenlast, og sluttet seg til «Antrum»-organisasjonen, som hadde sin hovedbase hos O. Giske på Bjørgholmen."
1, Information
... In the Antrum area there is the Main Power Station for the Møre Fylke with its two substations at Aalesund, in additon to the harbour installations in Aalesund.
2. Intention
a) To organise and instruct groups
b) To supply weapons and stores
c) To prepare preventative action against the German scorched earth policy
3. Methode.
«A party of two men consisting of Fenrik K. J. Aarsaether as leader and W/T-operator, and Sgt. Engelsen as instructor. . . Sgts. Hoel and Naes . .. will, when their first job is finished, join the party as instructors.»
4. «The Plan»
As soon as the party is safely established they will proceed with the following tasks:
a) Set up a platoon of approximately 100 men, train and instruct them, and prepare them for any tasks which H.Q. might decide.
b) Organise reception of arms by sea.
c) Make use of other organisations to help in the prevention of the famous German scorched earth policy and instruct them in the method of rendering enemy booby traps etc. harmless.
d) Plan sabotage against the German telecommunications, roads, etc. during an invasion or German withdrawal.
