1. C type light arangement, flashing "X". Pinpointed southern tip of ØYEREN lake and made a DR to target. Definitely identified terrain but no lights seen. Picked up lake east of taget and made 2 runs to pinpoint, No reception . Seen a light blink form a house in north,flashing in north, but no code read. Spent 39 minutes in target area making many runs from different . One agent who know the area also confirmed direction, confirmed the position with navigator. After this Capt decided return to base with load.

2. Not completed, no reception. DR run from ØIEREN Lake. to taraget bot no reception seen. DR from identified lake to pinpoint again. Excellent visibility, brillieant moonlight, Two further DR runs made and sepnt 1,5 hr searching. Eventually decided to abadon operation and return to base with load

Uanble to see lights oving to German patrols. No comments of agents, Just NC on booth. Egner says 4 agent jump 8 mils NV target.
