1. Captain: SOE Operation STIRRUP 10 Posn 594540B/080440E. Reception arrangement "E". Alt: 595415N-075700E-"L" TOT 22:17-22:44 hrs. 13 containers and 3 packages dropped at 22:44 hrs. Target indetidifed by lights and mapp reading- Diverted to Lossimouth. DZ indetified with Mapreading. Ran in from R/V (Fromm lake) 2 orange lights on lights, and white flashing "E",

Cloud obscuring light operatin in DZ area - 8/10-3000' clearer to south. Vis 30 miles in clear patches. 2 reception lights within 1 mile of each other beth flashin "Z". Dropped on westerly one as cloud cleared from this first. Reception of easterly DZ was 1 Red - 1 white and white Flashing "E".
2. Captain: TOT 22:48-22:53. 13 containers and 3 packages dropped. Target identified visually. Diverted to Lossimoth on return. DZ identified by mapreading and 1/0 Lake, 5 mls from DZ. Reception lights in front of first light. R/G saw parachutes open. All containers and packages dropoped on same run.

Good at 54N. little cloud over DZ. wind 270/40mph. DZ seemed to be situated rather near hill to NW. Lights not too distinct- suggest coloured lights Red or Green instead of White/Yellow. Made two circuts before run in to drop.
